All of our containers come with an exceptional 1-year warranty, providing you with peace of mind and protecting your investment.
What’s Covered
Our warranty encompasses any untimely wear and tear resulting from faults or errors on our part. In the unlikely event of severe damage, we offer free repair services and will replace your container at no additional cost. Before delivery, each container undergoes rigorous quality control inspections to ensure that no minor issues go unnoticed. Should any problems arise despite our thorough checks, you can rest easy knowing you’re fully covered.
What’s Not Covered
It’s important to note that our warranty does not extend to wear and tear caused by improper handling or management by the owner. Additionally, circumstances beyond our control, such as weather-related damage or vandalism, are excluded. We strongly encourage all clients to maintain their containers properly to maximize their lifespan.

I Purchased A 20ft
“This was my first purchase of a container. Although ECS does a very good job of explaining what is necessary to deliver and unload the container, it is hard to completely follow those directions if it is being placed on the ground. Getting it level is quite important as the doors won’t close properly if not level. The fella that delivered my container was friendly and obviously knew what he was doing, but didn’t seem to care if the container was level or not.”
